Equipment or products to which has been attached a label, or identified recognized mark,  attest  that the  equipment or products were evaluated and found to  comply with requirements as described in an accompanying field evaluation report.

WHEN TO CALL US:

You  have modified a certified or  labeled equipment or products or purchased an equipment or products  without   an approved mark or label recognized by local AHJ.

Your have fabricated  a  custom-built piece of equipment or one of-a-kind and have no intention of completing an application for the certification of the equipment with a requisite follow-up program established.
